PROFESSIONAL COOKING COURSE FOR CHEFS

ROME, NOVEMBER 14-21, 2020

Educational experience in Italy for professional chefs where you will be immersed in Italian cuisine while enriching your culinary skills. A full day will be dedicated to wine, which includes a visit to a winery in Lazio with a tasting lunch in the wine cellar followed by a dinner at the school with further tasting. The program includes exclusive use of the kitchen, all materials, wine, lecture notes, recipes, English speaking instructors, and a certificate of participation.

Educational experience in Italy for professional chefs where you will be immersed in Italian cuisine while enriching your culinary skills. A full day will be dedicated to wine, which includes a visit to a winery in Lazio with a tasting lunch in the wine cellar followed by a dinner at the school with further tasting. The program includes exclusive use of the kitchen, all materials, wine, lecture notes, recipes, English speaking instructors, and a certificate of participation.

Cancellations: Cancellations can be made in writing up to 60-90 days prior to conference start day for a full refund, less a $50 administrative fee. Within 60 days, cancellations are not permitted, but substitutions can be made at any time by contacting the organizers in writing via email. Schedule / Venue Changes: Vai Travel LLC reserves the right to make unannounced changes to the program and or venue, if required for operational reasons. Courses require a minimum number of participants. Failure to meet the minimum may require cancellation of the course with a full refund of fees paid. Decisions will be made 60-90 days prior to the course start date. Vai Travel is not responsible for any costs incurred, including but not limited to, airline tickets.
